Thank you so much for this article! At the end of the first course I taught, I got a wonderful email from a student and several other students were very complimentary. Then I saw the one anonymous official evaluation. It was horrible! I was about ready to say the hell with teaching but agreed to teach the class again this Spring. I will keep your article in mind when I read my evaluations!
