  1. This is a master piece that provides comprehensive overview of Faculty mentoring. It is a wonderful experience for me to learn about the formal and informal approach that was highlighted. If done intentionally, it enrich academic life, support institutional goals and above all empower both the mentor and mentee. This is amazing.

    Recently we had new employees joining our department and during their orientation, the Region Director instructed that the experienced employees pick someone to mentor. It was a good experience having to mentor 2 new employees. The impact is that, this help them grow faster and this help the organisation to progress fast.
