  1. I agree that the first day of class is a great opportunity to make students feel comfortable and interested. A welcoming environment can help reduce anxiety and encourage participation.

  2. Kanwal Khalid: I think having a positive and up beat attitude as an instructor helps students feel more at ease and more likely to engage by participating
