Those who attend The Teaching Professor Conference are committed to teaching and hungry for specific ideas on how to improve their teaching. To ensure that the conference meets participants' needs, we ask that proposals include a detailed abstract, description, and learning outcomes and an explanation of why the topic is relevant and important to participants.

Since this conference is to help participants learn teaching techniques they can apply to their own teaching, each session should model best practices and the teaching methods discussed in the presentation.
