		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more.  I benefit so much more from those 15-minute conversations in the hallway about a teaching strategy than I do the hour-long (or more) committee/faculty meetings.  I can only imagine how much more productive and enthusiastic I would be about all aspects of my work if I could spend half as much time in committee meetings and two hours more per week in conversations with colleagues about teaching.</description>
