		<description>I find that administrative work is what most quickly kills my passion for and attention to good teaching.  I can handle reasonable research and service expectations, but it seems that faculty are being asked to do more and more administrative work (enrollment management, recruitment, testing, committee work, etc.) to keep institutions running smoothly without hiring more staff.</description>
